I would need the following documents to move forward
Requirements from tenants

Pay stubs or proof of income.

Full credit score & report from equifax.ca

Employment letter or student letter

Reference letter - from past employee, landlord or colleagues

Income verification - if pay stubs are not available then bank statement

Photo ids - Either, Driver license, PR card or passport

A write up about yourself & people who will be staying
-
Child tax benefit (if any)
Fill in the rental application attached here
In the rental application, leave the address & amount field blank.
Email docs to mitul@mkpro.ca
Once the offer is accepted
First & last month's draft or the said deposit will have to be given to the listing brokerage within 24 hours.
Next steps
1. Create a heat/hydro/utility account if required
2. Tenant Insurance
3. You will need blank cheques, you can order cheques from here
4. Key Deposit to the owner either by cash/cheque/email transfer
5. If a condo, register as tenants with management office & book moving elevator
