Requirements from Tenants

Hi,

I would need the following documents to move forward

Requirements from tenants

  • Pay stubs, 

  • Full credit score & report from equifax.ca 

  • Employment letter or student letter

  • Reference letter - from past employee, landlord or colleagues

  • Income verification - if pay stub are not available then bank statement

  • Photo ids - Either, Driver license, PR card or passport

  • A write up about yourself & people who will be staying

  • Child tax benefit (if any)

Fill in the rental application attached here

In the rental application, leave the address & amount field blank.

Once the offer is accepted

First & last month's draft + Key deposit will have to be given to the brokerage within 24 hours.

Next steps

1. Create a heat/hydro/utility account if required

2. Tenant Insurance  

3. 10 post dated cheques, you can order blank cheques here

4. If a condo, register as tenants with management office & book moving elevator
